Job Description — Ordering Team Support

About the Role
Join the Ordering team to support procurement and ordering processes with emphasis on S/4HANA (MM, Central Procurement, Product Sourcing), Purchase Orders, and pricing flows. You’ll drive test management, process documentation, and release readiness across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities (Common)
- Understand end‑to‑end ordering flows: requisition → PO → pricing → goods/service receipt → invoice match.
- Write, execute, and document test cases (functional/integration/regression) for S/4HANA procurement and related integrations.
- Validate PO structures, pricing conditions, source lists, and master data dependencies.
- Track defects in Jira, maintain Confluence pages (process maps, test plans, SOPs, release notes).
- Support UAT/hypercare, triage issues, and coordinate fixes with IT and business.
- Prepare dashboards (test progress, defect burndown, readiness).
Additional Responsibilities — Manager / Senior Consultant
- Own the test strategy and cycle planning across streams; ensure cross‑system coverage.
- Partner with business owners to prioritize backlog, shape user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Lead a small team of consultants/analysts; perform QA reviews of test assets.
- Risk management, stakeholder reporting, and go‑live readiness sign‑off.
Must‑Have Skills
- Automotive/OEM industry knowledge.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, Purchase Orders, and pricing.
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge—MM, Central Procurement, Product Sourcing concepts.
- Test management experience (authoring & executing test cases, defect lifecycle).
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office/Windows Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good‑to‑Have
- Knowledge of sourcing frameworks, release strategies, IDocs/APIs, and integration touchpoints (e.g., vendor, finance).
