Your work profile

• Lead development of AI/ML, optimization, and advanced analytics solutions for complex business and supply chain problems.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions across demand, inventory, procurement, logistics, and planning.
• Develop and optimize predictive, forecasting, optimization, and simulation models.
• Design and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Lead model validation and support transition of solutions from PoC to production.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data, and application teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical reviews.
• Support client presentations, solutioning, proposals, and reusable AI/analytics assets.

Key skills required

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with expertise in ML and statistical modelling.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, optimization, operations research, and simulation.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Supply chain/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
