Work you’ll do

The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Ariba implementations (Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
• Configure Ariba modules including workflows, approval processes, catalogs, and suppliers.
• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams, procurement, finance, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Ariba modules (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP).
• Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Experience with Ariba Network and supplier enablement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba integration (CIG).
• Understanding of SAP MM and finance integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with testing tools and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba certification(s).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to global procurement rollouts.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.

Key skills required:

• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning
• At-least three end to end implementation experience.
• Deep understanding in constrained capacity planning scenarios
• Deep understanding of sub-contracting scenarios
• Project experience on SNP CTM , SNP optimizer/ IBP optimizer
• Deep understanding in integration of planning system with execution system – CIF/HCI
• Complete understanding of master data dependency for planning

Education: CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants/ BE/Btech

Qualifications

• CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants
• 8+ years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.

• Work Location – Mumbai /Bengaluru /Delhi/Chennai
