Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM CC (Convergent Charging) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BRIM CC implementation and AMS support projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized BRIM landscapes and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex charging and billing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP BRIM CC implementation and AMS support activities
• Configure and support Convergent Charging (CC) components including:
• Charge plans, rate plans, and pricing models
• Usage-based and event-based charging scenarios
• Balance management and charging rules
• Handle incident, problem, and change management in AMS engagements
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of CC-related issues
• Work on highly customized BRIM CC solutions and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CI, CM and SOM)
• Support integration between CC and other BRIM components
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and KT materials
• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and defect resolution
• Provide functional guidance to business users and junior consultants

Key skills required: 

• 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP BRIM CC
• Hands-on experience in BRIM CC implementation and AMS projects
• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and end-to-end charging flow
• Experience working in highly customized BRIM environments
• Cross-domain BRIM knowledge (CI, CM and SOM – exposure preferred)
• Good understanding of integration points within BRIM landscape
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support and delivery environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM
• Exposure to subscription-based, usage-based, or complex pricing models
• Basic ABAP debugging or technical understanding for CC-related issues
• Experience working with large-scale AMS or global implementation projects
