Senior Consultant

Lead – SAP BTP Account Governance, Security & Administration

Location: Pan India

Experience Level: 5–9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) account governance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Oversee the security architecture, including identity and access management (IAM), role-based access controls (RBAC), and data protection on SAP BTP.
• Manage administration of SAP BTP accounts, including tenant setup, user provisioning, license management, and service subscriptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor security policies, threat detection, and vulnerability management on SAP BTP.
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for BTP usage across projects and business units.
• Drive compliance audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities related to BTP security and governance.
• Support automation of governance and security processes using SAP BTP tools and third-party solutions.
• Coordinate with SAP support and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and maintain platform health and availability.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on BTP governance, security, and administrative best practices.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Skills:

• 5–9 years of experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration, security, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP security concepts including IAM, OAuth, SAML, and encryption.
• Hands-on experience with tenant management, user administration, and license control on SAP BTP.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and risk management.
• Experience in implementing governance policies, audit processes, and security monitoring on SAP BTP.
• Good understanding of SAP BTP services such as XSUAA, Cloud Foundry, and Kyma runtime.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating cross-team governance activities.
