Your work profile

 

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

SAP CRM professional should have :

  • Understand business strategy, document business requirements and develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of CRM solutions for our clients.
  • Liaise with the business stakeholders in all Work packages (CRM, PLA, EWM, TM)
  • Own the status of Change requirements throughout the Demand lifecycle & enforce and redefine as necessary
  • Ensure appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies
  • Share required data for regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements
  • Bring value adds by contributing to continuous improvement and innovation, encourage best practices
  • Support business analyst with demand creation.
  • Produces IT solution outline for demands and adds technical perspective to user stories 
  • Presents demand in demand concept approval meeting together with respective Business Analyst
  • Align with architects if needed
  • Should have  6-9 Years of relevant experience in SAP CRM
  • SAP CRM Certification is an added advantage
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
  • Exposure to client facing roles both from IT and Business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio Preferred skills
  • Overall Functional knowledge on CRM Billing processes.
  •  Extensive knowledge on SAP CRM core processes.      
  •  Working knowledge on SAP CRM specific processes like Order to Cash, Reverse logistics, Claims as well as CRM billing functionality     
  • Good understanding on the CRM Bill Due list, action profile and job scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills and Customer facing experience.     
  •  Strong in ABAP and CRM technical
  •  Overall Functional knowledge on CRM processes like Order Management, Campaign Management, Claims/Returns Management. 
  • Extensive knowledge on SAP CRM core processes.   
  •  Thorough understanding required on pricing procedure, condition records and end-end billing process
  •  Working knowledge on SAP CRM specific processes like Order to Cash, Reverse logistics, Claims as well as CRM billing functionality     
  •  Good understanding on the CRM job scheduling and it's dependencies     
  • Having sound functional knowledge on CRM order management along with integration knowledge on logistics processes like outbound delivery, Inbound delivery, Purchase order processing..etc 
  •  Should have exposure to various Sales scenario's like Sell from Stock, Third party ordering & Procurement process, Stock transfer orders, Transfer cross docking..etc  
  •  Thorough understanding of AIF, BDOC processing
  •  Good experience on CRM middleware ,queues processing and monitoring
  • Should have knowledge on cross-functional modules like GATP, ECC,SCM components     
  •  Exposure to Incident management, change management processes along with the working knowledge on SolMan.     
  •  Ability to understand complex business scenario's & processes specific to After sales domain      
  • Strong communication skills and Customer facing experience.     
  •  Good working knowledge of ALE & IDOCS
  •  Thorough working Knowledge of User Exits, Enhancements Spots, BADI & BAPI. BRF+ added advantage
  •  Thorough working knowledge in Data Dictionary, SQL Trace and background job Scheduling.
  • Thorough working experience with BDOC issue analysis involved in CRM middleware.
  •  Thorough working experience with inbound and outbound queues involved in CRM middleware

 

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Bengaluru
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
  • Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
