Job Summary:
As a Senior Consultant – SAP CRM/PRM/MDM/Middleware Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end functional expertise in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Master Data Management (MDM), and Middleware integration solutions. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation and integration projects that enhance customer engagement, partner collaboration, and master data quality across complex enterprise landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and functional configuration for SAP CRM, PRM, MDM, and Middleware components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and system configurations.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules including Marketing, Sales, Service, and Interaction Center.
- Implement and support SAP Partner Relationship Management (PRM) processes and workflows.
- Design and support SAP Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data quality, governance, and synchronization across systems.
- Work with technical teams on middleware (SAP PI/PO, CPI, or other integration tools) to ensure seamless data exchange and process integration.
- Support testing activities including creation of test cases, conducting functional and integration testing, and resolving defects.
- Assist in data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Provide functional training and documentation to clients and end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM, PRM, MDM, and Middleware innovations and best practices.
- Participate in pre-sales activities by contributing functional expertise to proposals and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM, PRM, MDM, and Middleware functional consulting.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM modules: Marketing, Sales, Service, and Interaction Center.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Partner Relationship Management (PRM) configuration and business processes.
- Experience in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, data governance, and implementation.
- Familiarity with SAP middleware technologies such as SAP Process Integration (PI/PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or other enterprise integration tools.
- Understanding of SAP CRM and MDM data models, business workflows, and integration points.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- SAP certifications in CRM, PRM, MDM, or Middleware.
- Experience with SAP Customer Experience (CX) suite or C/4HANA.
- Knowledge of cloud integration platforms and API management.
- Prior consulting experience with Big Four or global system integrators.
- Familiarity with testing tools and test automation for SAP projects.
