Job Title: SAP Warranty & SAP CS – Senior Consultant


Experience: 6–10 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Warranty Management and SAP CS (Customer Service). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting warranty and service management processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP Warranty and SAP CS solutions.
  • Configure and customize Warranty Claim Management, service notifications, service orders, and contracts.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Handle service processes including installation, maintenance, repairs, and returns.
  • Integrate SAP CS with modules like SAP SD, MM, and PM.
  • Manage warranty claims processing, entitlement checks, and reimbursements.
  • Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex incidents and issues.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support development (RICEF objects).
  • Conduct UAT, training, and documentation for end users.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of service and warranty processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS (Customer Service) module.
  • Good exposure to SAP Warranty Management / Claim Management.
  • Experience in service orders, notifications, contracts, and billing.
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, MM, PM modules.
  • Understanding of business processes in after-sales service and warranty.
  • Experience in S/4HANA environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
