Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP Datasphere | Bengaluru | SAP

Techno functional expert with 6 to 8 years of experience in Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, SOW), some roles require knowledge of CIG integration technology. Functional knowledge of SAP ECC MM Oracle EBS IProcurement is beneficial.

Respond in a timely manner for service requests, triage requests and allocate to other support teams as needed.

Investigate root causes for system defects. Work with ERP support teams and other support resources to analyze causes and deploy fixes, produce options analysis and recommendations based on client business objectives and solution landscape.

Develop and maintain support documentation such as IT standard procedure documents, support help guides etc.

Review SAP Fieldglass release documentation and make recommendations for client to deploy certain features. Conduct demonstrations as needed.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve user experience, improved SLA/KPI metrics, improve solution quality.

Follow ITSM best practices and technical standards. Manage personal workload and adherence to KPI measures such as timely updates SNOW ticketing solution.
