Your work profile

• Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations, rollouts, transformation initiatives, and support engagements across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze business requirements and design maintenance management solutions aligned with asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational excellence objectives.
• Configure and support SAP PM processes, including Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Work Centers, and Maintenance Scheduling.
• Design and implement preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance processes.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process assessments, solution design discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
• Drive integration between SAP PM and SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, QM, EWM, and other enterprise applications.
• Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, inventory requirements, procurement integration, and maintenance cost tracking processes.
• Participate in data migration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare support activities.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, operations, procurement, and finance teams to optimize plant maintenance processes and improve asset performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on maintenance planning, asset utilization, work order management, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on SAP PM consulting experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Functional Locations, Equipment Management, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance Planning, Task Lists, Work Centers, and Maintenance Scheduling.
• Experience configuring and supporting end-to-end Plant Maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, breakdown, and predictive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and maintenance business processes.
• Experience integrating SAP PM with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, QM, and related SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, solution design, testing, deployment, and Hypercare support.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, spare parts management, and maintenance cost control processes.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently lead client workshops, Fit-to-Standard sessions, and process transformation discussions.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Pharma, Automotive, or Asset-Intensive industries will be an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• SAP PM or SAP S/4HANA Asset Management certification is preferred.
• Certifications in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related domains will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large-scale SAP transformation programs is desirable.
• Experience supporting global rollouts, asset-intensive organizations, and enterprise maintenance transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong consulting, client-facing, and stakeholder management experience will be an added advantage.
