Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PM Senior Consultant with strong domain expertise in Plant Maintenance and Asset Management. The candidate will play a key role in leading implementations, managing stakeholders, and driving process improvements in SAP PM within S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PM module
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP PM solutions
• Configure and customize SAP PM processes including:
• Equipment & Functional Location
• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
• Work Order Management
• Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance
• Drive integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and PP
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (ABAP)
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and review Technical Specifications (TS)
• Lead UAT cycles, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide L3 support and resolve complex production issues
• Mentor junior consultants and guide team members
• Ensure best practices and process standardization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation
• Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Deep understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM and other modules
• Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred
• Ability to handle client interactions independently
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
