Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP FICO | Bengaluru | SAP | DSA Oil, Gas and Utilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and solution delivery for GSR, Intercompany Billing, AP/AR Billing, and Tax-related processes.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into end-to-end SAP solutions.

• Collaborate with Process Experts, SMEs, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solution approaches.

• Prepare effort estimates and support project planning for enhancements and new requirements.

• Drive initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP (Cloud Platform), SAP Analytics Cloud, and related applications.

• Facilitate design workshops and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Develop and review functional specifications, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

• Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Manage defect resolution, production support, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

• Coordinate with Change Management, Release Management, ServiceNow, and ALM teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Support audit, compliance, regulatory reporting, period-end activities, and tax operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Finance, Tax, AP/AR, and Intercompany Billing processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.

• Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and drive solution design.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and estimation skills.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting production operations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
