Job Description – Functional BA (Finance – AR Credit)

Role: Functional Business Analyst – Finance

Skill: SAP FICO

Focus Area: Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit Management

Key Responsibilities:

Strong experience in SAP FICO, with good functional expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Credit Management processes.

Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including customer accounting, billing, incoming payments, credit checks, and collections.

Experience in SAP AR configuration and business process analysis, including customer master, payment terms, dunning, and account reconciliation.

Good knowledge of SAP Credit Management, credit limits, credit exposure, risk categories, and credit check processes.

Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO functional solutions.

Experience in working with business users and stakeholders for process improvement, requirement validation, testing, and issue resolution.

Good experience in functional testing, UAT, defect analysis, documentation, and production support for SAP Finance processes.

Ability to collaborate with business, finance, SAP functional, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of AR and Credit Management solutions.
