Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP IS Retail | Bengaluru | SAP

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS Retail Senior Consultant with strong functional expertise in retail processes and SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementations, supporting business transformation initiatives, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with retail industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP IS Retail implementations and support projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand retail processes such as merchandising, pricing, promotions, assortment planning, and store operations.
• Configure and customize SAP IS Retail modules including:
• Article Master
• Assortment Management
• Pricing & Promotions
• Listing & Layout Management
• Integrate SAP IS Retail with other modules like MM, SD, and FI.
• Drive requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional specifications.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP IS Retail.
• Strong knowledge of retail business processes and SAP best practices.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations.
• Experience with integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
• Good understanding of IDocs, interfaces, and data migration tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
