Your work profile

• Configure and support SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) functionalities.
• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including sales orders, outbound deliveries, shipping, billing, and invoicing.
• Configure delivery types, item categories, schedule line categories, shipping points, and route determination.
• Handle picking, packing, post goods issue (PGI), and outbound delivery processing.
• Work on shipment processing, shipment types, transportation planning, and shipment cost processing, as applicable.
• Configure shipping conditions, loading groups, transportation groups, and delivery scheduling.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics processes, including delivery creation and goods movement integration.
• Integrate SAP SD-LE with SAP MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and SAP TM, where applicable.
• Troubleshoot issues related to deliveries, shipping, picking, packing, and goods issue.
• Work on IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and third-party logistics integrations.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications for enhancements and reports.
• Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
• Support cutover, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

Key skills required

• Hands-on experience in SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Strong knowledge of outbound delivery and shipping processes.
• Experience with picking, packing, PGI, and delivery management.
• Knowledge of shipping point determination, route determination, and delivery scheduling.
• Experience in SAP SD integration with MM and FI/CO.
• Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics execution processes.
• Experience in configuration, testing, documentation, and production support.
