    Your work profile

    • Implement XECM solutions - Configure XECM to work with SAP applications.
    • Set up document repositories, folders, and metadata.
    • Integrate SAP with content management platforms - Commonly involves integration with OpenText Extended ECM and SAP systems.
    • Ensure documents are accessible from SAP transactions.
    • Business Process Analysis - Understand how departments handle documents.
    • Design document management workflows that fit business needs.
    • Configuration and Customization - Configure document types, permissions, retention policies, and workflows.
    • Customize integrations when standard functionality is not enough.
    • Migration Projects - Move documents from legacy systems into XECM.
    • Ensure data quality and compliance during migration.
    • Testing and Support - Perform system testing.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
    • Compliance and Governance - Help organizations meet legal and regulatory requirements for document retention and security.

     

    Key skills required.

    • 5+years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP OpenText
    • SAP knowledge, especially modules such as: SAP S/4HANA , SAP ECC, SAP Fiori
    • Knowledge of: Document management systems (DMS), Records management, Workflow concepts, Archiving solutions
    • Technical skills: SAP integration concepts, Web services and APIs, Basic ABAP understanding (often helpful), Content server administration.
    • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
