Lead – JIRA | Agile | Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile transformation initiatives and project delivery using JIRA and related Agile tools.
• Drive end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Customize and configure JIRA Software, JIRA Align, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools to support Agile teams and project requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming for multiple teams.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile best practices and JIRA tool usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and metrics to track Agile adoption, team performance, and project health.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and JIRA configurations.

Required Skills:

• 5–9 years of experience in JIRA administration/configuration and Agile project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Align.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in customizing JIRA workflows, dashboards, and reports to suit project needs.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMP are highly desirable.
