Work you’ll do

 

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile transformation initiatives and foster Agile adoption across multiple teams and projects.
  • Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Guide teams in Agile best practices, Scrum framework, and continuous delivery principles to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and efficient backlog management.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to enable high-performing Agile teams.
  • Monitor and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.) to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners, driving capability building and process improvements.
  • Support scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus where applicable.
  • Lead Agile training workshops, coaching sessions, and change management activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and team collaboration.

  • Required Skills:
  • 5–9 years of experience leading Scrum and Agile teams in software delivery environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certifications strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach multiple Agile teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or VersionOne.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to drive Agile mindset and culture across organizational levels.
  • Leadership skills with a collaborative, servant-leader approach.

Qualifications

 

  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
