The Team

Immerse yourself in Deloitte’s South Asia SAP Integrated Tool Chain practice, where advanced SAP technologies converge to enable end-to-end enterprise transformation. As part of a collaborative team of strategic advisors, solution architects, and delivery experts, you will play a key role in designing, integrating, and optimizing SAP tool chains that support to run the business operations smooth with better collaboration.

As an integrated tool chain COE team, we define, implement and govern the integrated tool chain strategy across South Asia clients at Deloitte. Act as a central point of expertise to ensure the tool chain aligns with the client goal & transformation initiatives.

Team drives enterprise transformation through data‑driven insights, process diagnostics, and operational performance improvement. We leverage standardized frameworks, advanced analytics, and a deep understanding of process behaviour to help clients enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity.

Work You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant – SAP Tool Chain Architect, you will lead and orchestrate end‑to‑end process intelligence engagements. You will design scalable architectures, govern KPI frameworks, facilitate workshops, and deliver insights that guide enterprise transformation programs.

Role Overview

You will lead complex process mining projects, driving solution design, architecture governance, executive insights, and integration of analytics into business decision‑making. You will act as the bridge between data, processes, and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Process Intelligence

• Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines, dashboards, analysis models, and execution applications.
• Translate business needs into enterprise‑grade architectures and scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices.
• Govern and refine KPI frameworks across enterprise functions—including cycle time, rework, wait time, conformance, and SLA adherence.

Insight Delivery & Executive Reporting

• Build executive‑ready dashboards, automated insights, and recurring performance management reports.
• Use deep functional understanding of SAP process areas (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Manufacturing, etc.) to interpret process variations and identify root causes.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations with quantified value cases and improvement roadmaps to support transformation initiatives.

Governance, Compliance & Quality

• Ensure enterprise‑level data governance and security standards across all analytics and integration layers.
• Establish best‑practice documentation, reusable assets, SOPs, and operating procedures.

Leadership & Enablement

• Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and value‑framing sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior consultants to build team capability and analytical maturity.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in any of the SAP functional module.
• 4+ years of experience in process analytics, process mining, or enterprise process transformation roles with at least one end – end Signavio Process Intelligence Implementation.
• Deep expertise with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence & Process Insights.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and end‑to‑end business process flows.
• Experience designing dashboards, governance frameworks, and reusable analytical assets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to create structured business narratives from complex datasets.
• Proven experience leading senior stakeholder conversations and structured workshops.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Signavio process data analyst.
• Exposure to enterprise transformation programs and large‑scale change initiatives.
• Experience working with cross‑functional leadership teams and global process owners.
• At least one end – end process intelligence setup.
• Added advantage - Educational Qualification - MBA/CA/BE
