Your work profile

 We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Senior Consultant with 6–9 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, integration, and support. The candidate should have strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other logistics modules.

• Lead and participate in SAP TM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions.
• Configure and support Transportation Planning, Transportation Execution, and Freight Settlement processes.
• Work on Freight Order, Freight Unit, Transportation Order, and Transportation Proposal processes.
• Configure Transportation Cockpit, Planning Profiles, Selection Profiles, and Planning Strategies.
• Handle Carrier Selection, Tendering, Scheduling, and Route Planning processes.
• Configure and support Charge Calculation, Freight Agreements, and Freight Settlement.
• Work on Forwarding Order, Freight Order, and Freight Settlement Document processes.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SD, MM, EWM, and FI.
• Work on integration scenarios using CIF, PPF, APIs, web services, and middleware where applicable.
• Support master data such as locations, transportation lanes, carriers, resources, and business partners.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues within agreed timelines.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for developments.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and provide guidance to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and offshore/onshore teams.

Key Skills Required

• 6–9 years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on experience in SAP TM.
• Strong understanding of SAP TM architecture and transportation processes.

• Carrier Selection & Tendering
• Transportation Cockpit
• Freight Calculation
• Freight Settlement

• Master Data and Transportation Network
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM is preferred.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, EWM and FI.
• Knowledge of PPF, BRF+, APIs and integration frameworks.
• Experience in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in SAP TM implementation or global rollout projects.
• Exposure to embedded TM and/or decentralized TM.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM-TM integration.
• Experience with S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
• Good stakeholder and client communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• SAP TM certification is an added advantage.
