Your work profile

• Configure and implement SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions to optimize transportation planning and logistics processes.
• Manage freight order processing, transportation planning, carrier selection, and freight settlement.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and S/4HANA to ensure seamless logistics execution.
• Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end transportation management solutions. 

Key skills required; -  

• 3–10 years of SAP TM consulting experience with strong transportation and logistics domain knowledge.
• Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects covering design, build, test, deployment, go-live, and support phases.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions including Order Management, Freight Planning, Freight Execution, and Freight Settlement.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development and integrations.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and integrations with EWM, GTS, MM, SD, and FI modules.
• Execute and support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Lead client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews independently.
• Manage project workstreams, deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality of delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams and mentor analysts and consultants.
• Contribute to proposal development, effort estimation, pre-sales, and business development activities.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or MBA
