Your work profile
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into SAP TM solutions.
- Configure transportation planning, freight order management, freight booking, and carrier selection processes.
- Work on transportation charge calculation, freight settlement, and transportation cost management.
- Manage transportation planning and execution, including order management, tendering, and shipment tracking.
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP EWM, and other logistics systems.
- Support end-to-end transportation processes, including order-to-cash and procure-to-pay integration.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and support continuous process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
Key skills required
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and implementation or support.
- Good understanding of transportation planning, freight order management, and logistics execution.
- Experience with freight tendering, carrier selection, route determination, and charge calculation.
- Knowledge of freight settlement and transportation cost allocation.
- Understanding of SAP TM integration with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and S/4HANA.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and defect resolution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
