Your work profile

• Own end-to-end SAP Transportation Management (TM) workstream delivery, including transportation strategy and network optimization initiatives.
• Lead complex SAP TM configurations across key functional areas such as Freight Orders, Freight Bookings, transportation planning, charge management, charge settlement, selection profiles, and transportation master data.
• Drive TM integration testing with SAP EWM, carrier EDI systems, transportation platforms, and freight payment solutions.
• Facilitate logistics optimization workshops with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance transportation efficiency.
• Manage carrier and freight forwarder onboarding, collaboration, and system integration activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on logistics network optimization, freight cost reduction, and transportation process excellence.
• Ensure transportation readiness for cutover and go-live activities, including defect resolution, user training, and hypercare support.
• Mentor and guide TM consultants and project team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and successful project execution.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of transportation planning, freight execution, charge calculation, freight settlement, and logistics network optimization.
• Strong experience in SAP TM integration with SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, carrier EDI interfaces, and third-party logistics platforms.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP TM solutions.
• Experience in managing complex transportation scenarios, including multi-modal transportation and global logistics operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Exposure to logistics cost optimization and transportation strategy initiatives is highly preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• SAP TM certification is preferred.
• Relevant supply chain or logistics certifications will be an added advantage.
