Job Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of experience in iOS application development. The candidate will lead design, development, and deployment of innovative, high-quality iOS apps, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding mobile experiences for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Xcode.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners to translate requirements into robust apps.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and manage offline data storage and synchronization.
• Ensure apps adhere to Apple’s design guidelines and performance standards.
• Manage app lifecycle including submission to the Apple App Store and subsequent updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications.
• Stay current with emerging iOS technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 5 – 8 years of professional experience in iOS app development.
• Proficient in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Xcode IDE.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data handling on mobile devices.
• Experience with offline storage, caching, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and app submission process.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Agile/Scrum development experience.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Core Data, Combine, or other Apple frameworks.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (XCTest, UI testing).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS apps.
• Prior consulting experience.
