Work you’ll do
The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Enterprise Strategy Management (ESM) solutions to enable strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP ESM configurations and solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP ESM projects, including solution architecture, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP ESM modules such as strategy formulation, performance management, and risk management.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with SAP technical and functional consultants to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
- Drive adoption of best practices in strategic portfolio management, business planning, and enterprise performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides related to SAP ESM.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Participate in Agile delivery processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
Required Skills:
- 5–9 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Strategy Management (ESM) implementation and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, portfolio management, and enterprise performance management using SAP tools.
- Experience integrating SAP ESM with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to lead complex SAP projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Relevant SAP certifications in ESM or related modules are advantageous.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Any Graduate IT, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- SAP certifications related to BRIM/RAR preferred.
