Senior Consultant | Site Reliability Engineering | Bengaluru 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or production support roles.
• Solid understanding of reliability engineering principles (SLIs, SLOs, incident response).
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Service Management: Maintain application uptime/performance, manage system enhancements and defects, oversee daily operational activities, and ensure continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practices
• Technical Skills: Modify existing code (Python, react, graphql, rest API), understand microservices architecture and REST web services.
• Must have exposure to AWS services (Ec2, IAM,s3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, VPC,ECS, EKS, EFS, lambda, SNS, SQS, event bridge, RDS, CodeBuild)
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (SHELL) or Python scripting, YAML.
• Hands?on experience with CI/CD (Github Actions) or Jenkins or GitLab
• Must have Docker, K8S (EKS), HELM 
• Monitoring tools. Splunk, Grafana.
• Automation and Optimization: Familiarity with automation tools like GITHub Action, EKS,Teraform and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and experience integrating automation into the development lifecycle.
• Must have production/Application support experience with the ITIL framework predominantly Service mgmt, Incident mgmt, Change mgmt, Problem mgmt & CAPAs.
• Additional Skills: Strong ITSM experience with knowledge on INC, PRB, CHG & CAPA Management, understanding of code quality, troubleshooting platform/infrastructure issues, SQL database knowledge, and experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA 
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, ability to manage vendors and business stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
• Candidate should have L2 level of DevOps/SRE support expertise, hands-on experience in issue resolution, fixing user-access issues, report related fixes.
• General understanding on DevOps life-cycle, SRE Principles and best practices,  good in communication skills & stakeholder management.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor?s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
• 5-10 years of experience in software development life cycle/Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with system integration and support
• Strong teamwork, self-management, and problem-solving abilities
