Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Board EPM implementations covering requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Design and deliver FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, annual business planning, and MIS reporting solutions.

• Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable EPM solutions and technical specifications.

• Develop PoCs, solution architectures, product demonstrations, and technical presentations for client requirements.

• Support RFP/RFI responses, requirement scoping, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities.

• Manage project deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple EPM projects.

• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Support migration, release management, enhancements, and production deployments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to drive solution delivery and resolve project challenges.

• Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, automation, and overall business efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in EPM/CPM or enterprise planning solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience in Board EPM.

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.

• Experience in EPM solution design, implementation, and project delivery.

• Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting.

• Proven experience in pre-sales, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, and effort estimation.
