Job description

We are seeking a skilled Taleo Functional Consultant to join our team and support end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes using Oracle Taleo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and enhancing Taleo modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Transitions, etc.), and working with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, and drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather and analyze functional requirements.
2. Configure and support Taleo modules including Recruiting (TEE or TBE), Social Sourcing, Evaluation Management,, Onboarding/Transitions, and related workflows.
3. Partner with technical teams for integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud or other third-party systems.
4. Support Taleo system administration activities – user setup, security roles, DFFs, notifications, etc.
5. Manage Taleo configurations and updates (patches, quarterly releases, etc.).
6. Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support issue resolution.
7. Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
8. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements based on user feedback.
9. Collaborate with global teams and ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
10. Design and manage requisition templates, candidate selection workflows, and career sections
11. Configure and support Taleo Social Sourcing campaigns, job distribution, and referral workflows
12. Set up evaluation templates and scoring rules for streamlined candidate assessments
13. Support Taleo Onboarding processes including forms, task management, and integration with HRMS
