We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX-Focused Frontend Engineer to craft visually stunning, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Translate Figma designs into clean, maintainable frontend code with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Implement animations and transitions using frameworks like Framer Motion and GSAP.
• Ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine user flows and interaction patterns.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize performance for fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Maintain reusable styles and components for consistency across the application.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and frontend architecture discussions.

The Team strategic growth team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions.  We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.

In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Your work profile

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Figma-to-code translation and design implementation.
• Proficiency in animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and backend developers.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Desired qualifications

• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Angular).
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SCSS, LESS).
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.

Location and way of working

• Base location: Bhubaneswar/Chennai/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon
• This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
