Senior Consultant

Lead – Figma Mockups & Design Consulting

Location: Pan India

Experience Level: 5–9 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from ideation to high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate with clients, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and responsive design mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct design consultations with stakeholders to validate user journeys, propose new layouts, and improve existing interfaces.
• Guide design thinking workshops and ensure user-centric practices are followed across design teams.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs, bridging the gap between design and technology.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines for consistency across projects.
• Stay updated on design trends, usability standards, and Figma features to continuously improve the quality of design deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across teams.
• Contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.

Required Skills:

• 5–9 years of experience in UI/UX design, with deep expertise in Figma and visual design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating web and mobile interfaces, mockups, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in user flow design, wireframing, and interactive prototyping using Figma.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and rationale to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating closely with developers.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus for better design-development alignment.
• Leadership qualities with a collaborative and mentorship mindset.
• Certifications in UI/UX design or Human-Centered Design are a plus.
