Your work profile

·      Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Compensation

·      Translate business needs into functional requirements.

·      Configure Workday Compensation module to meet business requirements.

·      Set up compensation plans specific configurations.

·      Implement custom rules, validations, and workflows as needed.

·      Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configured modules.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with requirements.

·      Configure integrations between compensation and other relevant HR systems.

·      Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.

·      Provide training and support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers on the usage of compensation.

·      Address user inquiries and issues related to module functionality.

·      Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.

·      Develop user guides and training materials.

 

Key skills required: 

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·      Workday HCM certification, particularly in Compensation modules.

·      Proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM Compensation.

·      Strong understanding of HR business processes related to Compensation.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.

·      Experience with change management and training strategies is a plus.
