Your work profile

As an AI-Native Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions while using AI to improve engineering productivity and application capabilities. You will integrate AI-powered services into applications, validate AI-generated outputs, and apply responsible AI principles throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver innovative healthcare products while adopting emerging AI technologies and modern engineering practices. You will ensure software quality through automated testing, continuous delivery, and validation of AI-enabled features.

Key skills required:

• 4-7 years of experience in software development using modern engineering practices

• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design principles, and design patterns

• Experience developing enterprise-scale cloud-native applications

• Software engineering experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices

• Front-end experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS

• Cloud and DevOps experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

• AI engineering experience integrating AI services or LLMs, using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, applying context engineering, and following responsible AI practices

• Software quality experience with test automation, TDD / BDD, secure coding, performance optimisation, observability, and monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience developing healthcare software or regulated medical-device products

• Familiarity with medical-device software standards and secure development practices

• Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and AI orchestration frameworks

• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities
