Job Title: Senior Consultant
Team Member Role: Oracle Fusion Order Management
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Order Management solutions.
- Execute daily operational tasks related to order management, including order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order management operations.
- Support the team in gathering requirements, performing system testing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Contribute to documentation efforts for system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in the delivery of training and workshops for end-users to enhance their knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Order Management module.
- Ensure compliance with business processes and contribute to process improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have worked on E2E Cloud implementation projects
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management or similar ERP solutions.
- Good understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes and their integration with other Oracle modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
