Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support. The candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized SAP landscapes and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex billing and invoicing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) activities across implementation and AMS projects
• Work on end-to-end BRIM CI processes, including configuration, enhancements, and support
• Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests in AMS engagements
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in highly customized BRIM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP) to ensure seamless integration
• Support billing, invoicing, and revenue-related processes within BRIM landscape
• Assist business and functional teams in root cause analysis and solution design
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documents, and KT materials
• Support testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and defect resolution 

Key skills required: 

• 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP CI
• Hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and end-to-end flow
• Experience working in highly customized SAP BRIM environments
• Cross-domain BRIM knowledge (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP – exposure preferred)
• Good understanding of integration points within BRIM and with other SAP modules
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA BRIM
• Educational Qualifications: Any Bachelors
