Senior Executive | Enabling Area - Talent | Talent Technology & Analytics 

Location:  Bangalore 

 

The team 

As part of the Performance Management team, you will collaborate with Talent Advisors, business leaders, and other COEs to ensure smooth execution of performance management processes, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact employee experience, talent outcomes, and organizational effectiveness\\ 

 

Your work profile 

  • Execute annual performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, calibrations).  

  • Administer and maintain the performance management tools used internally.  

  • Develop enablement materials (FAQs, job aids, LMS modules) and drive adoption campaigns.  

  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership (completion rates, rating distributions, bell curves).  

  • Partner with stakeholders for calibration and governance checks throughout the year for all process related to performance management.  

  • Manage change and communication plans (orientations session, mailers, auto-reminders campaign).  

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation through audits and quality checks.  

  • Capture feedback (VOC) and implement process improvements 

 

Key skills required:   

  • 3–6 years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in performance management or talent processes. 

  • Graduation / Masters in any domain. 

  • A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo. 

  • Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.  

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).  

  • Strong analytical skills and good business understanding.   

  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).  

  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
