Responsible for overseeing the delivery and strategic management of all client accounts under the Applications portfolio. This role acts as the central aggregator, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across application development, support, and modernization initiatives. Working closely with account managers, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Head of Application Delivery drives operational excellence, client satisfaction, and account growth. The position demands deep technical and domain expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to align delivery capabilities with evolving client needs and business goal

15+ Years of experience in IT application delivery with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing application portfolios.
Hands-on experience in delivering large-scale application services across multiple technology stacks (custom, packaged, SaaS).
Proven ability to manage and scale teams across geographies in an onshore-offshore/hybrid model.

Application & Domain Expertise:

Deep understanding of application development and support processes across SDLC and DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with packaged applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft), custom development frameworks (.NET, Java, Python), and modern cloud-native stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strategic Delivery Leadership:

Strong experience in managing delivery for transformation, integration, modernization, and AMS engagements.
Ability to align delivery goals with client digital roadmaps.
