Senior Manager – Oracle Manufacturing

Role Summary

The Oracle Manufacturing Senior Manager leads the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing solutions using Oracle ERP and SCM applications. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance leadership to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes while managing large delivery teams and complex programs.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Solution Leadership

• Own end-to-end Oracle Manufacturing processes, including:
• Discrete, Process, and/or Mixed-Mode Manufacturing
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Routings and Work in Process (WIP)
• Cost Management
• Quality Management
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration
• Lead Oracle manufacturing solution design aligned with operational and financial requirements
• Drive standardization, automation, and best-practice adoption across plants
• Translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable Oracle solutions

Program & Delivery Management

• Lead large-scale Oracle ERP/SCM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Oversee configuration, integrations (MES, PLM), data migration, testing, and cutover
• Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple manufacturing sites

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to Plant Managers, Operations VPs, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership
• Facilitate design workshops and executive reviews
• Align manufacturing solutions with broader supply chain and financial strategies

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing functional consultants and analysts
• Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Perform solution reviews and ensure delivery excellence

Governance, Controls & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory, and quality standards
• Support costing accuracy, inventory valuation, and audit requirements
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and digital manufacturing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Information Systems
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP/SCM experience, with deep focus on Manufacturing
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or management role
• Hands-on experience with:
• Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing and/or Oracle Cloud Manufacturing
• BOM, WIP, Cost Management, and Quality
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and costing

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced engineering degree
• Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing certifications
• Experience with MES integrations and shop-floor automation
• Background in consulting or large-scale manufacturing transformations
