Your work profile

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis with business users.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules based on business requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
• Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support projects.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Provide functional guidance on best practices and delivered PeopleSoft functionality.

• Understanding & experience of the setup of security, user groups & provisioning

Key skills required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
