Senior Manager – Oracle Order to Cash (O2C)
Role Summary
The Oracle Order to Cash Senior Manager leads the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end O2C processes using Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud ERP). This role partners closely with business stakeholders to drive scalable, compliant, and efficient order management, billing, receivables, and revenue recognition solutions while managing delivery teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Solution Leadership
- Own the end-to-end Order to Cash lifecycle, including:
- Order Management
- Pricing and Advanced Pricing
- Shipping & Inventory integration
- Billing / Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable
- Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
- Lead Oracle O2C solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Drive process improvements, automation, and controls across O2C functions
- Translate complex business needs into scalable Oracle solutions
Program & Delivery Management
- Lead large-scale Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets
- Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities
- Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders (Finance, Sales Ops, Supply Chain)
- Facilitate workshops and executive steering committee discussions
- Manage client expectations and provide strategic guidance on O2C transformation
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor onshore/offshore functional consultants and analysts
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development
- Provide functional leadership and quality assurance across deliverables
Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Partner with Finance and Audit teams on revenue recognition and AR controls
- Support SOX and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with deep specialization in Order to Cash
- 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud ERP (OM, AR, Billing, Revenue Management)
- Complex pricing, contracts, and revenue scenarios
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Proven experience leading large, complex ERP programs
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or MBA
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications
- Experience in multi-country, multi-currency implementations
- Background in consulting or large enterprise transformation programs
