Your work profile

We are looking for cybersecurity professionals with exposure to Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Cyber Capability Development, and Security Technology Enablement to support cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on assessing cybersecurity capabilities, evaluating control effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance cyber resilience, governance, and security maturity across the enterprise. The individual will work with senior cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to translate cybersecurity priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Key Skills Required

• Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities to automate manual controls across business processes.
• Lead the review and remediation of control insights, ensuring automated controls are designed effectively to mitigate risk.
• Interface with business, operations, compliance, and risk partners to monitor automation progress and resolve escalations.
• Provide SME guidance on control attributes, data quality, governance, and technical implementation of automated controls.
• Ensure consistent implementation of control automation standards, frameworks, and taxonomies across the Bank.
• Partner with global program teams to adhere to milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation outcomes.
• Produce senior management dashboards highlighting automation health, coverage, issues, and remediation status.
• Oversee team work distribution, quality assurance, and mentor junior members on automation tools and methodologies.
• Drive the adoption of scripts, RPA, or monitoring tools to streamline control testing and execution.
• Work with process owners to embed automated controls seamlessly into existing workflows without disrupting operations.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability for all automated control inputs and outputs
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of automated controls and refine them based on changing risk landscapes.
