Your work profile

 Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts), GitHub Actions.

• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible.

• Experience in setting up landing zones, configuring auto-scaling, auto-provisioning, and managing multi-account environments.

• Proficiency in scripting using YAML/JSON, and automation using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Native Services such as: Azure Functions, App Service, AKS, Storage, SQL Database.

• Solid understanding of branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow, trunk-based development) aligned with various release models.

• Experience deploying microservices in Kubernetes, including writing Helm charts or Kubernetes manifests.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and implementing log aggregation and alerting.

• Ability to quickly learn new services and DevOps tools and apply them effectively.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key skills required

• Education: Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or equivalent.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to security and compliance in cloud environments (e.g., IAM policies, encryption, audit logging).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).
