Your work profile

• Drive PMO governance across multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Monitor project portfolios, track milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate executive-level governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and status reporting with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage project interdependencies, resolve issues, and drive timely decision-making.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource forecasting, and portfolio prioritization activities.
• Support business transformation initiatives by providing program management expertise, change management support, and execution oversight.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics to provide transparency on program health and delivery progress.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, PMO maturity enhancement, operational efficiency, and governance improvements.
• Support RFP responses, business case development, project estimations, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Mentor project managers and project coordinators, promoting best practices in project and program management.

Key skills required

• Education: Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 12+ years of experience in IT, business transformation, or program management, with at least 6+ years in a PMO, Program Management, or Project Governance role.
• Strong experience in project portfolio management, governance frameworks, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong expertise in project planning, financial tracking, resource management, and dependency management.
• Familiarity with PMO tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or related project management certifications are preferred.
