Your work profile

Tech PM with Cloud and App background for Operations management of platforms.

End-to-end ownership of production reliability: Lead 24x7 operations for highly transactional systems, ensuring quick incident resolution, minimal downtime, and strong root cause analysis (RCA) with preventive actions.

Hands-on technical leadership: Drive implementation and debugging of infrastructure and platform components (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD), ensuring solutions are built from first principles—not reused blindly.

 

Key skills required: 

  • Any graduate/ post graduate with mini,um 6+ years of work experience.
  • Operational excellence & automation mindset: Continuously improve system efficiency by automating routine tasks (via Python, Jenkins, Groovy), optimizing deployments (blue-green/canary), and reducing manual intervention.
  • Cloud & platform governance: Manage and standardize environments across Google Cloud landing zones (AWS is also ok), ensuring scalability, security, and consistency in infrastructure and deployments.
  • Observability & deep troubleshooting capability: Establish and leverage logs, metrics, and tracing tools to proactively detect issues, with strong debugging across Linux, networking (TCP/IP), and application layers (Java/Go).
