Your work profile

As a Senior Team Lead at Deloitte Consulting you will be responsible to lead design validation, sizing, and end-to-end implementation of Private Cloud platforms. Owns solution build, migrations, and operational excellence. Guides junior engineers and interacts with customers.

• Perform cloud assessment and capacity planning
• Design compute, storage, network, and virtualization architecture
• Size environments based on workloads (CPU, RAM, IOPS, throughput)
• Deploy clusters and automate provisioning
• Implement DR and backup strategies (RPO/RTO based)
• Lead POCs and migrations to Private Cloud
• Implement container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Create HLD/LLD and operational procedures
• Drive performance tuning and optimization
• Mentor Analyst, Senior Analyst and Consultant resources.

  Key skills required: 

• Education-Bachelors in Engineering
• SDDC architecture principles
• VMware/Nutanix cluster design
• Storage design (IOPS modelling, tiering)
• Networking (leaf-spine, VXLAN, NSX concepts)
• Backup & DR architecture
• Linux/Windows server engineering
• Hands-on automation (Ansible/Terraform/PowerCLI)
• Container orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Troubleshooting complex infra issues

Experience

• 5–8 years infrastructure/virtualization/cloud
• 3–4 years in architecture or design roles

Certifications (Preferred)

• VCAP / Nutanix NCP / RHCE / CKA
