Your work profile

  • Technical Managed Services PMO
  • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT/technical projects
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth project execution
  • Assist in resource planning and utilization tracking
  • Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and processes
  • Facilitate project review meetings and stakeholder communications
  • Manage and monitor IT service processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
  • Ensure SLA compliance and track service performance metrics
  • Coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
  • Maintain ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare service reports, dashboards, and performance insights
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices

 

Key Skills Required:

  • 3–7 years of experience in ITSM and/or PMO roles
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
