Your work profile
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT/technical projects
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Assist in resource planning and utilization tracking
- Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and processes
- Facilitate project review meetings and stakeholder communications
- Manage and monitor IT service processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
- Ensure SLA compliance and track service performance metrics
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Maintain ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare service reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Support audits and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices
Key skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in ITSM and/or PMO roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
