Your work profile

A Salesforce (SFDC) Tester validates configurations, customizations, and integrations within the CRM to ensure high-quality, customized solutions. Key responsibilities include creating test plans, conducting manual/automated functional, regression, and UAT testing, and collaborating with developers to resolve defects in Apex, Lightning components, and APIs

 

Your Responsibilities :

 

    • Test Strategy & Leadership
    • Define Salesforce Test Strategy & Test Plan (SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration)
    • Establish QA governance model for Salesforce implementations
    • Estimate testing effort for Agile / Hybrid delivery
    • Manage onshore–offshore testing teams
    • Drive defect triage & quality metrics reporting
    • Present quality dashboards to stakeholders
