Your work profile

Strong experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or production support roles.

Solid understanding of reliability engineering principles (SLIs, SLOs, incident response).

Ability to work effectively across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Service Management: Maintain application uptime/performance, manage system enhancements and defects, oversee daily operational activities, and ensure continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practices

Technical Skills: Modify existing code (Python, react, graphql, rest API), understand microservices architecture and REST web services.

Must have exposure to AWS services (Ec2, IAM,s3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, VPC,ECS, EKS, EFS, lambda, SNS, SQS, event bridge, RDS, CodeBuild)

Proficiency in automation and scripting (SHELL) or  Python scripting, YAML.

Hands?on experience with CI/CD (Github Actions) or Jenkins or GitLab

Must have Docker, K8S (EKS), HELM

 monitoring tools. Splunk, Grafana.

Key Skills Required

• Familiarity with automation tools like GITHub Action, EKS,Teraform and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and experience integrating automation into the development lifecycle.
• Must have production/Application support experience with the ITIL framework predominantly Service mgmt, Incident mgmt, Change mgmt, Problem mgmt & CAPAs.
• Additional Skills: Strong ITSM experience with knowledge on INC, PRB, CHG & CAPA Management, understanding of code quality, troubleshooting platform/infrastructure issues, SQL database knowledge, and experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, ability to manage vendors and business stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
• Candidate should have L2 level of DevOps/SRE support expertise, hands-on experience in issue resolution, fixing user-access issues, report related fixes.
• General understanding on DevOps  life-cycle, SRE Principles and best practices,   good in communication skills & stakeholder management.

• Bachelor?s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
• 5-10  years of experience in software development life cycle/Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with system integration and support
• Strong teamwork, self-management, and problem-solving abilities
