Your work profile
ServiceNow ITSM & Integrations specialist with 5–7 years of experience providing BAU (Run) support in large enterprise ServiceNow environments. Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Catalog operations, platform integrations, and production support. Proven track record in maintaining platform stability, resolving complex production issues, supporting upgrades, and driving continuous service improvements with minimal business disruption.
Key skills required:
· Any graduate or post graduate with minimum 6+ years of work experience.
· Provided L2/L3 BAU production support for ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) in a high-volume enterprise environment.
· Supported and maintained integrations with monitoring tools, HR, AD/Azure AD, asset systems, email gateways, and third-party ticketing tools.
· Monitored interface jobs, scheduled imports, and API failures, resolving data sync issues and ensuring SLA adherence.
· Supported ServiceNow upgrades and hotfixes, including regression testing of ITSM workflows, Catalog items, and integrations.
· Built and supported Flow Designer automations to reduce manual BAU effort (auto-routing, auto-closure, enrichment).
· Troubleshot ACL, business rules, notifications, and performance issues impacting ITSM processes.
· Ensured email ingestion stability (inbound actions, parsing rules) and notification reliability.
· Worked with vendor and internal teams to resolve integration failures, API contract changes, and authentication issues (OAuth, certificates).
· Created operational runbooks and SOPs for ITSM processes and integration support.
