Your work profile 

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Product Designer to drive user-centered innovation, balancing strategic business goals with empathetic user needs through rigorous research, persona creation, and journey mapping. Expert in design thinking workshops and iterative design, you will craft pixel-perfect, high-fidelity prototypes and service blueprints using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. You will maintain design systems, ensure technical feasibility with developers, and validate hypotheses through usability testing. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile vs. Lean UX methodologies to deliver exceptional digital.

 

 Your responsibilities  

 

 Expertise in User Experience, usability and Product Design

  • Balancing Business goals and end-user goals and arriving at a decision
  • Get stakeholder's insight and refine the design solution iteratively
  • Ability to conduct Design thinking workshop
  • Ability to implement a user-centered design process. Able to differentiate where to apply qualitative and quantitative user research. Persona creation and customer journey mapping.
  • Able to create a service blueprint. Able to validate hypothesis with users and business
  • Adhere to the style guide and the available design system and able to check the implementation feasibility with developers and Maintain design assets as per the industry best practices.
  • Difference between Agile UX, traditional UX and lean UX and know how where to apply what.
  • Experiencing in creating wireframes, user flows and interaction design guidelines.
  • Experience in creating interactive UI/UX and pixel-perfect visual designs for multiple digital platforms. Scenario building, empathetic understanding of end users
  • A keen eye for visual details including typography, color, layout and animation
  • Proficiency with rapid prototyping methods, from paper sketching and user scenarios to high fidelity and realistic digital prototypes.
  • Expertise in translating brand identity and guidelines into compelling visual and UI/UX design and design systems.
  • Familiar with the tools Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Invision, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma
  • Expertise in infographics, and information architecture
  • Experiencing Usability testing.

  • Education :  Any Graduate or post graduate.
  • Analytical mindset to access and interpret large data sets 
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.

  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
